- College pays laptop cost upfront.
- Staff repays in interest-free installments
- ₹25,000 – National reputed publisher (ISBN/ISSN).
- ₹10,000 – International publisher (ISBN/ISSN).
- ₹5,000 – Regional/Local publisher.
- ₹2,000 – International book chapter (ISBN/ISSN).
Conditions:
- Referred journal; from 2nd paper onwards (calendar year).
- One Scopus paper mandatory for all staff.
- Research-only faculty: 1 Scopus paper/semester.
- Approval from Dean (Research) & Head of Institution required.

- Annual cumulative SNIP ≥ 2.
- 100% weightage – 1st author.
- 50% weightage – 2nd author (Ph.D.-related).
- In collaborations, only one ATMECE faculty eligible (100% weightage).
Eligibility:Â
Reputed conferences (IEEE/Springer/ASME/ACM, etc.), reputed host institutions, oral presentation only.

Support (First Author):
- SCL + Registration (Max ₹8,000)
- TA: Sleeper class or ₹3,000 (whichever less)
Key Points:
- Only one faculty per joint paper.
- Max 3 conferences/year.
- Student papers: ₹8,000 registration + TA (Max ₹2,000).
- Papers must be Scopus/WoS indexed (or ISBN for Humanities).
Eligibility & Limits:
- Reputed institutes; preference for AICTE/ISTE (≥5 days).
- Min. 1 year service.
- Max 2 programs/year; 2 faculty/department at a time.
Financial Support:
- SCL + Registration (Max ₹3,000)
- TA actuals or ₹2,500 (whichever less)
- FDP outside Mysuru: ₹1,000/day (if no boarding/lodging)
Conditions:
- Attend preferably during semester break (>2 days).
- Knowledge dissemination mandatory after FDP outside.
- Pre-approval required; documents to be submitted within one week after return.
